Having visited a few stores looking at beds your sales person was the difference.... knowledgeable,helpful and wasn't too pushy as lots of sales people can be.

We were helped by Graeme and went to the store not really knowing what we wanted. He was extremely helpful and gave us the time and space we needed to figure out what was best for us.

We went to the shop in Chester without k owing we were gonna end up buying a good quality and cheap mattress. It was the first shop we visited and I actually recommended it to a friend and she bought the same mattress XD Both we’ll be delivered together next week. Happy customer here.
