Graeme was very helpful in quickly identifying suitable products and realising the limitation of our budget.

Met by Graeme who listened to what are requirements were and then explained the different mattresses and gave us each a pillow to try while lying on the beds. We were offered a cup of tea and were left to browse and try the beds. After making our decision Graeme explained all the options to us and made ordering very easy.

Peter was very informative. He greeted us cordially and offered tea and coffee. He also offered us mattress protectors and pillows. We were given several options for delivery dates and told us that we would receive a telephone call to confirm time of delivery. All in all a very satisfactory sale

When visiting the Chester Dreams store, we only had a rough idea on what we wanted, but straightaway we were guided in the right direction. The staff member (Michelle) was prompt in making us feel welcome as soon as we entered the store. We were left to browse, without feeling rushed or pushed into anything, which made the experience a lot more comfortable and easy. The staff member was patient and allowed us as much time to make our decision, and was also brilliant in explaining everything about the different beds and options that we had within our budget. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.
