Jenna Sowerby was superb from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable on the products in store and guided us to what we were describing. We went in sort of knowing what we'd like and Jenna helped us make that decision.

Jenna the assistant that helped us was polite, friendly, very helpful and had a nice sense of humor. Having done a fair amount of research on the product before going to the shop we had narrowed down the choice and her assistance helped with the final decision.

I had a short timescale to chose my items and secur delivery. I was given lots of information and a cup of tea!

Helpful friendly and welcoming

The assistant was very friendly and helpful not pushy told us about the firmness of bed then left us to have a good look around.

We were very pleased with the way your assistant James approached us and talked us through our requirements and then gave us ample time to check what we wanted was the right choice for us.

James was very pleasant, not too pushy with sales. Gave us time to think. Made coffee!
