We were not pressured too make a decision & we had plenty of time to lay on the beds & make sure we bought the right one.

James, the young man assisting me was very polite, well presented and knowledgeable of the products. He was very helpful and patient whilst I tried to assess my needs and budget. He showed me a wide range of bed frames and mattresses zs learned from my comments what would best suit me. This was extremely helpful to me. My reason for satisfied instead of highly satisfied is the price. I never dreamed I would be paying so much for a new bed.

Michelle the staff member who served us was very accommodating and friendly. She talked us through each step and was very patient especially as we had took our 4 children with us.

I needed a mattress that was not of a common size and the gentleman i dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. The experience as a whole was very good and i would definitely recommend to others.

Frim going into the store in chester was treated extremely well went in following day to change order and nothin was too much trouble staff are really professional and approachable will be going back when decorating the other rooms in the house
