I was approached within moments on entering the store as they could see I wanted to ask about products not just left to browse aimlessly.

Immediately approached on entering Chester Sealand Road store. Met by a Mr Peter Wood who was most courteous and helpful. After selecting the bed I wished to purchase I asked what was the earliest date a bed could be delivered and was told it was a usual time of 3 weeks.I replied that I wouldn't purchase the bed unless it was a guaranteed delivery before the 8th July as I need the bed for guests arriving on that date.Mr Wood made a phone call to a colleague and he said he was able to give me that assurance although the paperwork would display a delivery date of July 11th he said that delivery would be before 8th.Reassured I purchased the bed .Today however I received a text informing me of delivery on July 11th and so now I am very worried and I am not highly satisfied and wonder if I should cancel and try to find an alternative which could be delivered in time for my guests. This is the third bed we have purchased from Dreams and have never before had a problem I do hope this issue can be resolved as i am very impressed with your products and will be disappointed if I need to find an alternative

Easy to look around the store staff very friendly and welcoming. Peter was very helpful and friendly.

James was extremely helpful and knowledgable and made our whole experience buying our first bed enjoyable!

michelle validation code 152 chester store was absolutely fabulous-we only went to look around and to look at other shops but michelle really went out of her way to sell the products-I cant give her enough praise-she is far too good for that job-she is brilliant

Graeme & Jenna were brilliant as I had no idea what I wanted, Graeme's knowledge is 2nd to none describing all the mattress types, gave me time to decide with no pressure and made me feel very welcome and no pressure, I was offered a coffee and the whole experience very relaxed from the moment I walked in to having the store, Jenna was brilliant at the sales point and made sure everything was pointed out to the point I had no questions left to ask, I would highly recommend to anybody going to the store
