Friendly staff worked hard to get us a discount on the display mattress, we served by Jenna. And yes we would go back again

The showroom assistants were marvellous directed me to the style I was looking for, , checked to see if the size I wanted was available, unfortunately it was not, gave me a great deal on the showroom bed and upsold me with a bedside cabinet and stool at a great price as it was the end of the range. Also recommended assembly by them and advised why .

The sales assistant Graeme explained very clearly the types of mattress he helped us greatly in making our choice with no sales pressure. We felt relaxed and comfortable in making our choice. We enjoyed the experience and learnt a lot about mattresses

My wife and I both found Peter friendly and helpful without being pushy. He spent time making sure that we knew what we were purchasing and on what terms.

The store was accessible, clean, staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional.There was a wide range of products but possibly more headboards would have been welcome. Toilets and coffee were available. Products were reasonably priced and delivery date was OK. Bedding accessories were available but only in very basic colours of white and cream. It did take longer than I expected to complete the paperwork, but I did opt for an interest free arrangement - which included a credit check etc. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I just found the staff were very attentive, was offered drinks and given lots of information about the products we were looking to purchase. I would definitely return to this store in the future and would recommend Dreams to people.

Could not fault Greame and Michelle for their attentiveness, they both were very helpful an friendly. They knew what they were talking about an I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family
