Easy to find the mattress we wanted, were given assistance but not pestered including being given pillows to use.

The staff were very attentive and actually fun to deal with. It wasn't a formal affair but a more relaxed conversation and even a chuckle or two while we were being told about the beds.

Greame was very friendly and knoweldgeable about the products. He asked ua what we wanted and pointed us in the roght direction without being pushy. He made the experience fun to with laughter along the way

Jenna and Graeme were extremely attentive yet not in anyway pushy. Have us lots of advice and helped us pick our dream bed. Being pregnant I was looking for a very comfy bed and asap and the delivery times were excellent. It was obvious that they enjoyed there job and we had a really good customer experience in store. We had a couple of freebies thrown in which is always nice. Overall excellent experience

Colleague Michelle extremely patient whilst were trying different mattresses. My husband has difficulty in getting in & out of bed, and we were not rushed. Michelle took time in finding the correct pillows for my husband's back condition.

The person who served us was fantastic and friendly and really understanding when we were refused for credit which could have been an embarrassing experience. Very knowledgeable about the products.
