Smooth service from the moment we were greeted at the door! We were shown around the beds that we said we were interested in and were shown a wide range of mattresses that matched our need! Our salesman, Carl, was knowledgable, friendly and made us feel at ease throughout the purchase of our daughters new bed! An overall satisfying visit to the store!

The lady who came over to help us wasn’t pushy or being too ‘in your face’ she gave us all the information we needed and advising us on different options and from her own experiences too, we were very satisfied with the customer service

I was served by Peter at the Chester Store and he was so very helpful. The Mattress Finder was amazing as I have never known what I needed and after years of bad posture and waking up in pain, I am so excited to use my new suited to me mattress. The price was affordable and the options for repayment were flexable and were made to suit me. Everything was explained to me clearly and Peter walked me through different options and bed frames and made everything simple and easy!
