The assistant I dealt with was friendly and helpful without being pushy from the minute I entered the store. I was offered a drink and all the necessary information I needed to help me in making my decision. I was given plenty of time to try out all the products several times and was not rushed into making a final decision until I was ready. The assistant who looked after me was Michelle. Immediately asked if we needed any help, but given ample time to browse first. When help was needed it was there, and the assistant had excellent product knowledge. We were offered a hot drink and had a coffee whilst sat down with the assistant. All the sales and payment details were explained clearly, and generally happy with the service we received and receipt presented in a very nice folder.

Very knowledgeable staff ,friendly, offers water tea or coffee and left us to wonder and try beds before we purchased .
