The sales assistant (Peter) was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was available when we needed him but left us to try out the different beds. He was extremely helpful but was not pushy with the sale.

We needed a new mattress and explained what aches and pains we were having with our current mattress and pillows and we were advised on what products may help we found the staff member to have lots of patience and a great understanding of the products available.

Brilliant service and knowledge of the mattress and the 8 year protection is brilliant. Also delivery was easy to arrange. Have already recommended the mattress to my family members.
