Not a chore to shop it was very pleasant with knowledgeable and very pleasant staff that had the time to spend with you throughout you visit

Our needs were listened to, our budget acknowledged and we were allowed the freedom to think and browse whilst knowing anything we needed answered would be

The Sales Assistant was great. We told her what we wanted and she showed us straight something to meet our requirements straight away. She also offered us an option of something slightly different but still worth considering. The transaction was carried out in an pleasant, and she didn't make me feel silly when I asked her a stupid question (Well, I hadn't noticed the comment on her T-Shirt about free delivery!). It was a pleasure to shop in a store that obviously prides itself in its customer service. This is how shopping should be, but unfortunately it is not always the case. word of mouth is the best for of advertising, and I will be singing your praises to friend and family (and anybody else that will listen to me!?

Really easy from start to finish. The salesperson Graeme was very attentive and had lots of patience. It’s a big purchase and it’s difficult to know what you actually want. Was very happy with the with experience.

Fab service - Jenna was our sales lady and she was ace!

Michelle was very good at her job she has served us on two other visits to the store and found very pleasant and extremely helpful on the both other occasions we purchased beds.

we were met on arriveal by greame who was very nice and helpful asking us details on everything that we wanted in a bed .he showed us all the different mattresses that would be suitable for our needs,both myself and my husband are disabled with arthins and myself having had a total knee replacement and my husband having had a full hip replacement. he let us lay on beds to find what one was most suitable .he did not rush us even made us a coffee.we found a lovely bed and very comfy mattress and even bought two temper pillows and mattress protector to keep our bed cleam etc. we feelwe have got everything in a package even a telly at the end of the bed.greame made the whole thing in buying a new bed really enjoyable and would recormend dreams to everybody we know.so we are looking forwould to our bed arriveing .thanks very much Graeme at dreams

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked into the store, given all information we wanted as well as discussing things like pillows which I never thought of buying or trying from here! Super friendly without being intrusive, coffee to relax, it was just great. Graeme is a credit to Chester greyhound

I had been looking at this furniture off and on for a while but felt I would only be able to afford it 'In my dreams' so when offered the ex display as a clearance offer saving me two thirds of the price, my dream bedroom became affordable and I now have the bedroom of my dreams. Thank you
