My wife and I where very pleased with Michelle at your chester shop. She was very knowledgeable about all the product, and very pleasance and help full lady.

we are happy with the customer service. we are happy with the 40 day return, to see if the product is right for us. you could have done with some single mattresses as well as having doubles. You could of had a bit more pillow choices on the beds so you don't have to carry around a pillow from a different bed, as we saw someone take a pillow from a bed and as we were trying the bed we had no pillow on that bed to rest on, so we couldn't try out the pillow ourselves (Tempur Comfort Pillow).

The assistant was very knowledgeable while not too pushy great experience

Peter who helped me was very good, though not too much leaving us to decide without pressuring us, which I really don't like.
