The product was available to see / feel and appeared to be of good quality. The sales assistant was very knowledgable and friendly and efficiently made our purchase easy, especially as my husband had a hangover from watching the rugby the day before. She offered us drinks and made us feel welcome.

Jenna at Chester was extremely helpful and friendly she asked me all my needs and then helped me choose the right deal for me. I will definitely be returning back to Chester for more items I the future.

Very friendly service, immediately offered pillows and advice and a drink. All staff were lovely especially Peter who completed our order and helped us find the best bed for us.

We were intially enquiring about a new materess but due to the expert knowledge of Graeme at the Chester store and how at ease we felt we opted to buy a new bed and materess. We paid more than antisapated but we were completley satisfied with the service we received.

Me and my partner were looking for a bed to help with our night sleep, due to having back pain from our old long-term family-donated mattress. We didn't know what to look for as looking for advice online is a minefield. Jenna was able to greet us upon entering the shop and after a discussion clearly understood the type of bed we were looking for (as we have never been bed shopping before, this helped a lot). We were offered a variety of beds to try, left alone to spend time on them to get used to the difference and Jenna was able to show her knowledge of the difference between the few we considered. We were able to make a purchase on a mattress as well as the pillows as we were completely satisfied with the quality of the overall service. The delivery process was explained clearly and there was no hidden charges or last minute shocks that other competitors do. The overall process was enjoyable and clear, whilst making me and my partner excited for our mattress to arrive.

Graeme took time to understand our needs. Explained products available. Gave us time on our on to explore and try out various beds. Checked and provide coffee. Gave us time to make a decision and then was immediately available to take our order.

Helpful but not overly pushy staff.

The gentleman who assisted us in your Chester Greyhound Retail Park tried to meet our needs. We needed a bed for the next day. He gave us the options available. He was kind pleasant and courteous. When we collected the bed the following day he had packed it well and helped us to get into the van. We actually arrived just before 9 and he was there to greet us. You will know who he is from the transaction. He did give us a card but it got mislaid in the move. Please congratulate him for his customer service. In my opinion he needs a pay rise.
