Dreams - Chester

We were served by a store assistant called Graeme in Chester. He was so friendly, genuine and so helpful. We were in the store for a long time (longer than expected) yet nothing was too much trouble. He never made you feel under pressure or rushed. The perfect customer service and the reason we need stores like this to remain open.

Carl was berry friendly and at no point did I feel pressured.

Very clean environment, really pleasant and helpful staff (Peter) and sleep tester bed to determine most suitable style of mattress. I liked that I could choose a delivery date and amend if need be.
