Dreams - Chester

We came to Dreams Chester on Boxing Day to see if there was any offers. We first met with Graham who shown us a few options and beds in the store and offered us refreshments, We said we would have a look around and then return after a think. We came back and spoken to Michelle as Graham was busy. Michelle helped us talking about the different children's bed and you offer and talking about her own experiences with her own child. Michelle also shown us another bed with we originally didn't view because it was out of our price range but it was exactly what we were looking for and we bought in. Thanks Michelle !!

Emma, the customer service representative recognised that we needed assistance, and was very quick to help us understand our needs and where best to start. She struck exactly the right balance - not overbearing but equally interested, responsive and supportive of our needs. She helped de-mystify the differences between the products and made the whole experience a pleasurable one! She was able to help us efficiently identify products that would suit us, and clearly has a great depth of understanding to the products and their nuances. We both felt very well supported and comfortable with her helping us through the process. We were given time and space to have a think about our needs and the come back to Emma who made herself available. Being encouraged to try the mattresses from the outset and being offered a warm drink on a cold day were also very nice gestures. Emma also helped us identify a good delivery date and talked about protecting the matresses physically and financially given we have young children. we couldn't rate the experience highly enough. We will certainly be recommending to friends and family and returning in the future. Thank you Emma!

THE CURTISY AND PLEASURE RECEIVED ON ENTRY WAS VERY PLEASING AND RARLY FOUND THESE DAYS. ALL THE STAFF WE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. ALL, TOGETHER A VERY PLEASING EXPERIENCE.

Very friendly helpful member of staff called Rachael from the moment we walked into the shop and until we left after making our purchase
