The service we recieved was brilliant, there was no rushing about, no pressure, just very friendly assistance. Drinks and sweets were offered and a great price was agreed, on the bed, not drinks and sweets. Over all, very pleased with staff, service and purchase.

The service we got from Abbie was really helpful then we were passed onto Emma who was very pleasant and explained everything we needed to know so much that we made a purchase there and then. Emma had the knowledge and the experience to provide us with much informarion, she was very pleasant and wad most helpful. We will certainly return to Dreams in the future due to the helpful staff and a very relaxed atmosphere, i would also recommend people to shop at dreams not only for the helpful staff but also the good deal we got when purchasing 2 bed frames and 2 mattresses.

Michelle was the store assistant who helped us find the bed and mattress we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and assisted us with choosing the correct mattress for our requirements along with the type of bed frame we were looking at (Ottoman). She offered us tea/coffee while we went through the details and payment. Highly recommend Dreams, we have used them before in a different location and the products we have found to be of high quality.

rachael was a very helpful and polite assistant who guided us through the buying procedure we were even offered a drink whilst shopping which was very kind

Michelle was lovely. She didn't pressure us, she gave us the information we needed and didn't push us into buying any particular product. We took a long time to decide but she left us to it and we went and found her for more information when we needed it. As it was we did go for the most expensive mattress, but that was by our own decision. She helped put mattresses onto different bases as we have a slatted base at home. Overall she is a credit to your store!

Peter was extremely helpful without being overly pushy - friendly and polite.

Friendly staff Jenna came over showed us what was available helped with the mattress offered us coffee then left us to look round but kept checking we were ok. I never felt pressured at any time. Jenna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the store and place the order with no difficulty. She is a prime example of what good customer service is all about took the time to understand our needs then offered us the best products to meet them. At no time was I made to feel like just another customer I was her customer that she was taking pride in serving.
