Very welcoming, including tea/coffee. We were left alone to browse but the assistant just seemed to appear whenever we had a question. Exceptional service.

We were very happy today with the service and product knowledge we received. Graham the Manager listened to our needs and knew how to guide us around the store. His manor was not pushy at all but suggestive with his experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending this store to family and friends.

The manager Graeme was extremely knowledgeable and very honest. He was very informative and polite.

Assistant knew what I was referring to as soon as I explained certain mattress I was interested in. Took me there, gave info and showed me good comparative products. Offered me coffee while placing order. Asked colleagues for info she didn’t have to hand. Quick and friendly.

I have never shopped in a Dreams outlet, assumed wrongly that products would be cheap and poor quality. Greatly impressed with the quality of the stock- a budget for everyone and the staff knew their products Great quality purchases anat fantastic prices

There was someone right there as we walked in. Peter led us through the types of beds we were looking for and was very patient as we tried out so many beds. He was honest, polite and there was no hard sell.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by friendly staff. They directed us to the various mattresses and supplied a pillow each so that we could try out mattresses in our own time. They came back to us at regular intervals to check on our progress and answer questions. The contact was just enough, not to pushy, they seemed genuinely happy to help (quite rare in UK businesses!)We were also offered refreshments. In summary, this was the most pleasant way we have parted with over £1800!!

Peter was very helpful and gave me information I required to make a decision . He is an asset to your company, he is professional, polite and curteous .

I went into Sealand Rd Dreams to browse for matress for my daughter, Peter came over after a few minutes and asked if we were okay and assured us it was okay to try lying down on the beds he even got us pillows to get the full effect which was really helpful, Peter left us to browse then came to check we were okay, asked which we found best comfort for us and showed us the different colours for different comfort, he then showed us the matresses he thought would be suitable. Great help Peter was and the price was excellent so I purchased another matress for the spare room. The service was great and had I not had the help and assistance from Peter I wouldn't have purchased anything, as I needed the guidance regarding the different matresses. There are so many different selections so could have been confusing. Great service from Peter. As I had forgotten my card Peter gave me a quote with details and I phoned back Michelle took my payment again great service from both colleagues in your Sealand Rd store.
