The staff were really good and helpful , I needed a bed for my spare room on a tight budget , the store manager Graeme was most helpful and tailored a great deal for me , have bought from this store before and was very pleased , would not go anywhere else now 10/10 .

Michelle was very helpful and polite, offered us a hot drink as soon as we entered the shop. All staff very polite and helpful

The staff (Rachael and Michelle) were so friendly and made me feel happy when purchasing my bed. They listened to my needs and were great at suggesting alternative options. They even gave me some chocolates which is a nice touch. We had a fun conversation, down to earth conversation when running through the payment details too. Their customer service was perfect.

We were extremely pleased with the way in which our purchase was handled. We were allowed to browse on our arrival and did not feel pressured by a sales person. We were made to feel very welcome to the point where we were even offered a cup of tea or coffee. We were pleased with the technical advice received and the guidance in choosing a mattress which best suited our needs. After buying a house, a car and a holiday, the next most expensive thing for us to buy is a high quality / comfortable mattress. Sleep is so very important in life, even more so since our first child was born. I would certainly recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

Really pleased with our order of a new bed today. Michelle was very informative and offered a competitive price comparison to the local bed stores we had been in. By offering extra additions to our price package, we were able to get a better bed than the competitors with the bedding etc included. Michelle was able to find us the perfect bed we had been looking for. Very friendly and approachable and really went the extra mile

Having not bought a mattress for over 14 years I was given full description of each of the types of mattresses suited to my price range. Michelle was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to visit this store
