Very friendly staff member and informative

I was generally satisfied with everything, but not with the length of time required for delivery. Could have had the items delivered much quicker from another source

The staff - Rachael in parricular - took their time to understand what we were looking for & helped us to find the bases & mattresses that would meet our needs. She was very knowledgable about the products but also involved the other staff when needed so that we got the right answers to any queries.

Michelle went above and beyond to help us during our visit to the store. We didn't have a clue what we were looking for and she guided us right through the process and explained everything clearly. We were also given space and time to be able to test several of the beds and never felt pressured or pestered which was excellent. Could not fault her service and will definitely recommend Dreams as a result.

On our visit the staff were very friendly but left us alone to browse. Jenna gave us excellent advice and was so knowledgeable about your products. She helped us through our purchase and we left the store very happy. The day before delivery we realised that the style of divan we had chosen would not suit our bedroom. All our own fault. We called the store, and spoke to Emma. Again, we received excellent service. She realised our problem, managed to stall the delivery, and organised the change to our order. It's not been delivered yet but we cant fault the performance of the store staff, Thank You.

I was very impressed with how we got treated in store we felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we walked in, the staff were brilliant i have never been bed/mattresses shopping before and it was a great experience i will definitely be coming back here when its time to renew my mattress.

Graeme, who served us, was very friendly and not at all pushy. We went to Dreams to try and understand the differences in mattresses and Graeme was able to give us the exact advice we needed to make a decision. The service was excellentwWe even got a cup of coffee!

Store assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jenna was our assistant. She was absolutely fabulous with us. My husband has Osteoporosis and finds it difficult to sleep. Jenna helped us to find mattresses that would suit him. She recommended the Tempur Mattress and once my husband tried it, there was no going back! It was amazing. Jenna spent a lot of time explaining the difference and showing us samples of the Tempur mattresses alongside normal mattresses, it was unbelievable! Jenna was friendly, sympathetic to my husband's disability, she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We had coffee and we were made to feel really comfortable. It was a really nice experience when we visited this shop.
