Jenna was knowledgeable and friendly and wasn't pushy.

I spoke to Peter about the type of mattress I would like & he showed me a number of them & I lay on them to get a “feel” of them. He was very helpful and pleasant. He even made me a cup of tea while the paperwork was being done which I thought was lovely.

Very friendly staff looked at previous visit to determine previous purchases and thanked us for returning

We were immediately met by an Assistant and she was mot polite and helpful. She didn't rush us and suggested a couple of things that we hadn't thought of before we went into the shop.

We were very pleased with the Graeme the salesman who sold us our mattress we could not have found a more helpful person .We would like to thank him very much for his help.

Very helpful but not pushy sales assistant.

The 2 gentlemen who served us were extremely friendly and did not "pressure sell" to me at all. We were attended to immediately but not "pounced on" as soon as we walked through the door. The first assistant, Graeme was knowledgeable about the stock and was able to advise me. The experience was most satisfactory and pleasant.
