Went in to find what I wanted came out with exactly that 👍

The sales assistant, Jane, was very friendly, helpful, gave us time to try out and consider options, without us feeling pressured.

The assistant Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Her cheerful manner was quite refreshing.

Steph at the Chester was amazing, she made choosing a mattress and pillow easy. She spent time showing and explaining the differences between the products. I already knew the ottoman bed I wanted but I have no doubt she would have helped me find the perfect bed

I went into the Chester Retail park store and was assisted by Stephanie, she was very informative and helpful in funding me exactly what I wanted in a friendly and efficient manner.

The staff member Carl who dealt with us was efficient, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and after showing us the different options left us to make up our minds.

The time in store was very informative & welcoming. The bed that tells you what type of bed is perfect fit you is really interesting. It actually made us forget about price and concentrate on needs. We were shown 4 different mattresses and were given time to get used to the mattress before going on to the next one. All of our needs were considered & the sales staff, steph was very pleasant, helpful and a very good sales person. Nothing pushy.
