We walked into the store and where immediately greeted by Peter. We explained we needed to buy a mattress on behalf of my mother in law. He listened carefully whilst we talked about her Parkinsons and he advised us on a mattress which would suit her weight and her needs.He listened carefully regarding our concerns and advised us accordingly thank you Peter for being so patient and understanding

The assistant was not "pushy" and gave me thinking time and when I needed to discuss my intended purchase she was only too helpful to oblige

My wife and I had recently bought carpet from another outlet in the same location. The Dreams instore assistant allowed my wife and me to take the colour samples folder to the carpet outlet so as to best match Dreams upholstery with recently purchased carpet.

We were not enitirely sure if the furniture we had chosen would complement our recently refurbished room. The Dreams sales assistant allowed us to take the samples books to other local stores so we could directly match Dreams products to recently bought carpets, curtains and other bedroom fittings. This was by far an unexpected bonus. Thankyou.
