Walked into the Chester store and received immediate assistance to select the correct type of firmness. The assistant allowed me to try several types of firmness and explained the differences. The assistant was very polite and friendly during my visit and explained the order and delivery process. I was very satisfied with the visit

We found exactly what were looking for and we're dealt with in a friendly but not pushy and efficient manner. We felt that we could trust the staff and they had our best interests at heart.

We had visited two other bed stores who didn't have the product we were looking for, ie a take home mattress. The lady who served us was helpful without being remotely pushy and simply provided the information we needed
