I visited a smaller store first in Aintree Liverpool. The range was minimal however even though it was close to closing time, the staff member helped us and gave us a quick quote. I wasnt initially happy that the first quote had added insurance, without telling us, however I was very happy when I passed the Chester store, and Jenna was transparent and fair in our re quote. As she had more time with us, she went through the matrice matching programme on the computer/beds and also explained to us at the end which was best for us. Due to her care and attention, we were able to find the bed best for us and walked away with a much better order more within our price range
