The time and attention give by the Graem was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Thought the new machine for identification of the best mattress was very helpful. The cup of tea helped to clinch the sale.

The member of staff who dealt with our query was called Jenna, she was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, but was able to provide all the information we required to make a choice. We left the store happy with our purchase (although we have not yet received it) but comfortable that she had given us a fair appraisal of the product and for service would certainly recommend that shop.

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff - Peter in the store and Emma when i subsequently rang to place the order. Peter took time over finding out exactly what we needed but wadn't at all pushy
