Jenna was so amazing and very friendly, helpful and very good communication with me via writing things down on paper. As I am profoundly Deaf and she made excellent effort to make sure I know everything eg prices for the bed, etc. She didn't left out anything out not at once. She also made me feels so comfortable and very good eye contact too. She wrote down all the details. Very good Deaf awareness also understanding. Thank you to Jenna for made me feels so welcome.

My Husband and I attended the Chester store on the 27th of April. from The time we entered the store till when we left we was highly impressed with the gentleman that attended to us. He was polite and attended to our every need.
