Peter was very helpful he gave us plenty of space and was there to hand for any questions we need to ask we felt no pressure at all and this helped us to relax and enjoy trying many mattresses he was patient and very softly spoken not loud and in your face we would definitely go to Chester dreams again and ask for peter he was great very very helpful

I had the best experience at Dreams Greyhound Retail Park Chester. I was greeted on my arrival by Peter. He was so friendly and knew his stuff without being pushy. He was very polite and warm. He took me to the stimulator bed which i thought was a brill idea. After trying out several beds i found the perfect one! Peter did not rush me in any way he even offered us a cup of tea. All staff wer so friendly and patient. We then sat down and went through payment options, Peter filled out 3 forms for finance options which were refused but peter was so parient and understanding. I was lucky to be able to then pay in full but i was impressed that Peter was so patient and not annoyed by my many questions. He made everything a breeze and i actually enjoyed my time in Dreams. We love our new bed! Finally having a good rest! Thank you Peter!

The customer service lady Jenna at the Chester Greyhound Retail Park store was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, very friendly, excellent at entertaining our 2 children (aged 9 & 3) while we were able to look around the store and was very knowledgeable about the products.

Great service in the store. Member of staff knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. Colour coding system clearly explained and options within range pointed out.Altogether informative and helpful.

Jenna who helped us on our visit gave us the best experience you could have wished for. She immediately identified the products we were looking for and took time with us and allowed time for us to try things without any pressure at all on her time or ours, she moved mattresses for us to try on a sprung base compared to a solid base. She made sure we had everything we needed once or new bed is delivered.
