The lady looking after us was very knowledgable and helpful, especially since we had children with us.

Graeme the store manager was absolutely fantastic. Made us feel so at ease and listened to what we wanted before helping us pick the perfect mattresses. Service with a smile, lovely genuine people. Even though we live in Preston we aokls definitely travel back to this dreams purely because of the service we required. Fantastic

Organised visit - asked if needed assistance at appropriate time (not just after walking in) - guided around options and then left to revisit in own time, never felt rushed. Delivery time offered was 6 weeks then a follow up call next day to confirm that Peter had checked and he could bring this forward now to less than 2 weeks. Great follow up and consideration

Carl from the chester store was very nice and helpful, couldn't help us enough and also gave us our own space and time to test everything we wanted to for as long as well wanted to. He wasn't pressuring and gave us all the information we needed to, to decide on the perfect mattress for us.

Plenty of stock to choose from.staff very attentive.no problem being able to try lying on beds. Offered pillows to make trying on beds more natural.offered refreshments.very approachable staff.shop had plenty of light Soma's to see colours properly. All together very good service.
