Great staff very helpful and friendly the gave us all the information we needed and we're a great help keeping our children entertained while we tested out mattresses and choose our bed

Very helpful, friendly staff made shopping for mattresses a complete Dream (sorry, couldn’t help myself but it’s true) I was dreading having to shop for beds and your staff made it easy and pain free. I lay on the bed to see which mattress would suit and then tested some mattresses, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease.

Help and information we received was first class. Very helpful very knowledgable and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble.

We went to buy a mattress. Dreams had a computer machine that evaluated all our needs and told us straight away what the best mattress would be. We were really impressed with the service we got.

On looking around in different stores we found that the quality and pricing at Dreams was very competitive even compared to the more expensive stores.

Graeme was polite, courteous, helpful and professional. He supplied us advice and information with regard to our sale. We were offered the use of the machine to determine our requirements and a hot drink was provided.

Service was very good and prices very competitive with other stores including more expensive stores.

Jenna was excellent and really supportive and questioned to understand what we needed. I had my mother with me who had previously had a bad experience and she was delighted with the service Jenna gave us and her appreciation go my mums mobility needs. Jenny should be congratulated for her service and we made two separate purchases that day
