When you get to Dreams it is really hard to have a decision right away...but you Mr Graeme made it easy for us. Thank you again for all your patience and friendliness. I really reccomend Dreams.

We were listened to and advised to buy a relevant bed. No upselling which we hate.

No problems in getting the information we needed.

Emma who served us was very friendly and helpful and not pushy trying to sell. She also understood what I required.

We meet a lovely lady who helped us to choose the right mattress for the beds. The beds we knew already which one we want but with the mattress it was a bit difficult as it was for my parents in law and they have problems with the back. Jenna helped us to choose the right mattress for them by giving her the information in regards to them and when we tried the mattress we were very happy with the choose. She was very knowledgeable and answer to all our questions. Also, the store manager was very helpful with a few information. We did not wait and we were given time to think and choose what we want. Very happy when we left the store.

I feel as soon as we walked through the door we were taken seriously, me and my partner are early 20s so other bed shops were we weren’t been valued as a customer in other bed shops. As soon as we come in we were greeted and asked what kind of bed we were instead in, me and my partner like different types of beds so they asked if we wanted to go on the machine that tests what bed type we were. Me and my partner were surprised because we never knew something like that existed. After been tested the first bed she showed us was amazing and we ended up buying one of the bed suggested. We took a while to pick and in that time one of the staff asked us if we wanted a hot beverage which was welcoming. We decided on the bed we would have liked and discussed our options with the member of staff Jenna. We compromised on a deal that would suit us and purchased the bed. Easy and pain free - Would definitely recommend!

We liked the way our needs were assessed electronically and we were loaned a pillow when we tried the various beds. This made the buying experience more real.

Peter, was extremely helpful and informative and showed us a good range of products.
