Because the enthusiasm shown by your salesperson, Jenna was brilliant. She understood exactly what I wanted, she knew the product and demonstrated it . She then sujested the accessories that I liked , so that due to the overall presentation, the money was not necessarily a significant factor for me to make a purchase.

The colleague Peter from the greyhound store, Chester, was absolutely fantastic. From the choosing of the bed to the helping me around the store, he couldn’t have done any more than he did. Fantastic service

We were greeted by Peter at your Chester Branch (validation code 152). As soon as we arrived we were made very welcome and Felt at ease. We called into the Chester branch the week before our purchase just to look with the intention of shopping around Jenna suggested we try the ‘testing bed’ to confirm the type of bed best for us. We tried several in store then but as we were short of time we left but we were so impressed with her knowledge, positive attitude and excellent sales manner that we didn’t look any further but returned at our next available time to make our purchase. As we were unable to take delivery until Sept Jenna booked the day for us so we know exactly the day it will be delivered

Jenna was amazing, I have ongoing spinal issues and the products she shown me were fitting for me. We used the sleep system and there was no pressure on sales. Felt very at ease. Was a pleasant purchase. Even had the kids with me and they were happy to be in the store.

Jenna shop assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly ,not pushy. Listened to what were after showed us various mattresses encouraged us to try them brought pillows for us to try.Talked about what the mattresses did what they were made of how each one did its job. Discreetly left us alone whle we chatted came back to see how we were getting on. A positive experience.

On entering the store we were offered assistance and allowed time to look around at our own base, with no hard sell. Once we found the product we wanted the advice and knowledge was very good and the ordering process was quick and efficient. While the delivery time was slightly longer than ideal, this is not a major issue and didn't impact on the shopping experience and we not deter us from using your store again
