The shop assistant Jenna was very knowledgeable and very helpful with matters regarding our purchase

We were slightly dreading shopping for beds as we expected it to be very stressfull experience, so much choice etc. We could not have further wrong, from the moment we walked into the shop until leaving we were helped by Steph who was a star. She offered us a range of drinks and helped us through the process brilliantly. When we got home we both agreed she did a brilliant job and very knowledgeable about the products. 10 out of 10 from her.

Both staff members could have not done more to be of assistance

Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy we were very impressed with Emma's service

We used the sleep match which was fantastic as it really helped us know which bed to chose. I was given a drink on entrance and made to feel very comfortable whilst chosing the bed I liked the most! Definitely would come back again to purchase another bed related product

Peter was absolutely lovely- I have never bought a mattress before and he was great at showing me round and even offered me a more comfortable pillow so I could really test out the beds. He was very knowledgable of the products and was happy to let me go away and think about the options without hustling me to make a purchase. I came back two days later and bought a mattress from him. the range was good and it was interesting to know that you have ex-display options as well. this time they were out of my budget but it would definitely be something I consider for next time.

The salesman who I dealt with whilst purchasing the Ottaman bed was very relaxed whilst talking to me.His name is Peter at your Chester store.He was not at all pushy giving me the hard sell routine.just answered all my questions and told me other things about the bed that I did not know about.

The assistant was pleasant, polite and professional with a friendly attitude.
