Dreams - Chester

Felt like honest opinions. Asked many questions and answers promptly returned. Prefer not to purchase on internet as we value skilled and trained personnel in a shop, dealing face to face with the public (which seems like a dying trade), and feeling like I understand the product benefits, compared to internet. I would recommend the shop in Chester retail park where possible. Thankyou.

Graeme, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We're always a little hesitant when approached by a sales assistant in a chain-store, but Graeme's product knowledge and his professional approach to assisting us with our choices was second to none.

When we walked in we were able to look around without being harassed. The staff picked up on our body language and came over when they thought they could be of assistance. We didn't feel any pressure and the staff has excellent knowledge of all products within the store. They were friendly and great at communicating effectively. The range of products in store was fantastic.

Emma gave us plenty of time to try all suitable beds and spent a lot of time telling us how each mattress was made a very informed sales person

This is myself and my finances first time purchasing a bed together, as soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by the lovely Graeme who offered his help straight away along with a kind gesture of a hot drink, he talked us through all of our options and answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease and gave us as much time as we needed. We tried out the mattresses and we tried out the mattress machine to help us find our choice of mattress which we did along with the bed of our choice too which Graeme helped us all with. He talked us carefully through our purchase and made everything very clear regarding the pricing and everything we purchased and was very thorough all the way through our purchase and made us understand everything step by step. From the moment we walked into Dreams and to the moment we left myself and my fiancé had a smile on our faces! Thank you to Graeme and the Dreams team! I had been in previously to look at a different bed and the sales assistance Steph remembered-she also showed myself and my husband a couple of other beds which did suit our needs better as the bed was for our spare room (although we will be using it whilst doing our own bedroom later). Steph was very helpful and when we do start on our bedroom refurbishment we will be in touch
