The in store machine was helpful and also Emma was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm highly satisfied because of the helper/assistant Graeme as he helped me find a bed I preferred. The xbox device that was used to scan my body to find out what my preferred bed type was quite amusing as well but also good because as I said to Graeme I prefer a strong bed and not one that you sing into and the machine said I need a very firm bed. Graeme was very helpful, even giving free drinks to my mother and sister, even gave me a free Temper mat for spending so much which I'm very thankful for.

We were given help chosing a mattress and used the 'mattress assessment' tool to help.

I went into store knowing exactly what I wanted, when I approached a member of staff and asked what I wanted, they showed me to the product to test out before I decided to purchase which I believed was very professional but also thinking of my needs. So I am overall very pleased with my purchase and experience with dreams.

We were only in the store for a short time before Graeme asked if we needed assistance. We were given plenty of time to browse and did not feel pressurized into making a hasty decision. We were really impressed by the technology employed to select the type of mattress, which would suit both our needs, and we would definitely recommend your store to our friends and relatives.

Use of bed that predicted what type of bed needed. Friendly staff who put you at your ease, in combination with information on line before I arrived.

Very helpful staff, Peter showed me all options for my price range, And was offered a drink which i gladly accepted, Everything was explained in a clear way, and all my questions were answered.
