The salesman, Peter, was very pleasant to deal with and took us through our options with no fuss. He knew about the products and offered several choices to satisfy our needs. Placing the order was fuss free and the delivery options suited us well. We were offered a drink while placing our order. Peter got us pillows and gave me the opportunity to try a topper to help me make my choice of mattress.

We entered your store to look at beds with no idea of what we wanted or needed. We were served by a lovely chap called Peter who was very helpful and friendly from the very start, we must of looked at and lay on practically every bed in the Chester store before narrowing our choices down to 3 possibles... Peter helped us make the right choice for our needs! Fantastic service Peter thank you!

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS BRILLIANT, i ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE STORE TO ONLY BUY A HEADBOARD FOR MY DAUGHTERS ROOM, i CAME AWAY ORDERING 1 NEW BED, 2 MATTERESS AND 2 PILLOWS - BUT DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED AT ALL TO BUY THESE AND A FELT VERY PLEASED WITH MY BARGINS AS THEY WERE ALL ON SALE. tHE SHOP ASSISTANT STEPH WAS EXTREAMLY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL - THANKS

we were greeted after a few minutes in a very friendly manner and asked if we would like some help. The man that served us was extremely polite and gentle manner. He was very helpful with what we wanted and offered us both a drink. I’d recently had a baby and have suffered with back problems since he offered the dreams bed test and showed around all the beds. He let us try all the bed and didn’t rush us at all. We then choose a mattress we wanted and place the order. It was very easy and smooth. A very pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning in the future
