Our assistant Peter was very helpful and efficient. He he had brilliant knowledge about the products, was very police and friendly, offered us drinks and had gone the extra mile by looking after our toddler while your computerised 3D system was working out which mattress would suit us best.

The main reason for being highly satisfied would be mainly due to the overall professional approach from Graeme who listened to our requirements and gave his valuable experience into recommending several mattresses. Having made use of the very clever electronic machine that makes several calculations regarding your sleeping body posture It suggested that my wife and I would benefit from a firm mattress. The Dreams showroom have lots to choose from and having tested out four or five eventually settled on a Silentnight Risborough K with Tempur pillows .

The assistant was friendly and honest and did not apply too much pressure. The new computerised mattress selector was a great idea and very relaxing!!

Graeme the person who served us was very patient and explained everything in an easy to understand manor.

Jenna couldn't have been more helpful. She was also friendly and knowledgable. She understood our needs perfectly (particularly relating to our need for anti-allergenic products) and was confident in being able to suggest solutions where my wife and I had differing needs.

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant. Nice not to be pressurised into buying. Large choice of mattresses.

Stephanie the Adviser was very good at her job knew what would suit me from my results.

The lady who took my order over the phone was very polite, quick to process the sale and very friendly . This is my second purchase from dreams and it won't be my last , i have already recommended you to friends and family .

when we walked in the store we were only looking at first until we were greeted with an hello can i help you from assistant called steph we said what we were looking for and she showed us some beds and then took us to a bed at the dreams sleep match and then she showed us our bed matches from the results off sleep match and we ended up buying a bed she was brilliant and very very helpfull
