The gentleman who served me was so helpful, as their was no lift he carried my bag and stick up the stairs for me so I could see the full range of your products from which I actually chose the bed I purchased

I was a little overwhelmed when I first entered the store, there were so many to choose from, but the sales assistant recognised that and asked a few questions then suggested I try the mattress assessment bed to ensure I chose a mattress that suited my needs. Then he sought to find out my preferences in choosing a bed and quickly showed me just what I had been looking for. He also encouraged me to try the mattresses matched to my needs and ensured I was happy with my choices. There was no pressure to buy, but it was an easy choice with this level of service. I had already been to other bed retailers who didn't provide this level of service. Peter also gave me the best value and told me of different payment options including talking me through insurance options.

I bought a mattress in 2017 and have loved it since. I needed a new larger bed and larger mattress Peter (who I dealt with in 2017 as well) made sure we got the same brand of mattress as last time in the bigger size and helped me identified the best new bed for my requirements

We came into the store to ask about perfect super king mattress for back problem and was approached by member of staff who informed us if we had time they had a computerised system that could tell us what type mattress would suit our requirements this was extremely helpful the results were good we got to try many ; however went for the temper mattress which was the one recommended ; the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and knew the product ; we were offered a drink and also the staff went above and beyond and took lead of guidedog whilst we tried mattresses ; we left the store to have a think and returned back to make the purchase within an hour to purchase ; the ordering was efficient and we are very happy with the product we purchased .
