We were very impressed by the sales assistant Emma in the Chester store. Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable which helped us decide on our purchases and the sales process was very thorough and did not take too long to finish. I was also very impressed that the delivery of our purchases would take less than 3 weeks.

The member of staff that helped us put us at ease. She was not pushy and left us to look around at our own pace after explaining what the difference in the beds were. When we needed her she was with us and had wonderful customer service skills and was not put off with our children being around. She made our shopping experience a pleasure. I would not of thought she was new and would suggest others take note of her excellent customer service approach as well - it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Our contact Graeme was very attentive to our needs. He was friendly, approachable, and very professional. His recommendations helped us choose the right bed for us. He even informed us, after we had placed our order that he had looked after us the last time we had bought a bed.

While shopping in your shop Peter was very helpful, he was not pushy at all he just gave good information and plenty of time to look around. Peter recommend for me to use your machine to find what mattress is best for me.

Jane was extremely helpful. She knew all the product info and was able to answer all our questions. She was extremely personable and we would definitely want her to serve us again
