Steph (The sales lady ) was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, she gave us time to ourselves during the purchase to make our decision . We felt she is a credit to your Chester branch.

Graeme , was very knowledgable about the product, and gave us plenty of time to try out the products, no pressure selling just available when we were ready .

The assistant that helped and advised us in the Chester Store was Peter and he went out of his way to show us the different products that might suit us.

Emma the lady that served me, was very professional from the 1st step into the shop, she asked straight away what It was that I was looking for, and didn't try to push her opinion on me in anyway. Everything she did for me was with a happy smiley face and she kept asking if I was ok with everything that she had/was doing. The motion bed was amazing and I felt it assisted me in choosing a suitable for me mattress, as I'm no expert, it gave me a good variation to choose from which made it very easy for me to pick the most suitable for my requirements. Emma was so attentive at all times and when the need arises for me to shop again for a bed/mattress I would definitely go back to dreams. I would definitely recommend to a friend/family to go to dreams, but also I would probably recommend them to go to and particularly look for Emma as she made my experience easy and I am very delighted with the out come from my visit to dreams. The salesman Peter explained thoroughly options to pay for this product and answered all my questions in detail.

Stephanie was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating whilst we were in store and then the lady we spoke to on the phone subsequently was equally helpful.

I explained what I was looking for. The assistant took me directly to the item I required and also pointed out the difference between it and the next, more expensive item.

On the start i knew only that I need new mattress. Store assistant helped me with checking what I actually need and from there showed me what choices I have taking also in consideration the price range.

Peter was highly knowledgable, he was friendly and attentive and very helpful. Thank you
