Peter! He’s probably the main reason we decided to ultimately buy from this store. From my initial phone call (where peter made a great first impression saying to ask for him when we arrived and that he’d put the kettle on) through to us trying different mattresses to ultimately purchasing pillows, bed and mattress. He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He’s an asset to the store.

The shop assistant was approachable but not pushy, she knew her products well and let my husband and wander and time to discuss our choices.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. Staff was very polite, backed off when we needed a bit of time to ourselves and was readily available when we needed her. Delivery was really quick and ordering process was smooth and efficient.

The mapping feature that determines the meat mattress was very clever and the assistant Peter was very patient with us while we were very indecisive and lying on everything amd running up and down the stairs retrying things.
