Friendly knowledgeable staff. Help was on hand when needed but once suggested products were pointed out we were left alone to come to our own conclusions

visited dreams on the greyhound Park chester and was assisted by steph. she was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when talking about all the options. she was not pushy for the sale and gave us plenty of time choosing our mattress. when placing the order she was very quick and efficient. she's a credit to the store!

Our sales advisor Stephanie was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. We did not feel in any way pressured and were able to try out a variety of beds.

There were two employees in the Cheater branch and both were extremely helpful and had experience themselves of what we were purchasing. And even though I had read the reviews , they still gave us there valuable advise . would definitely recommend this store as we have purchased from here before

Graeme and Jenna were most helpful we at no time felt pressured and after our first visit we went home to think on things. on our return a week or so later we were warmly welcomed offered tea and we placed our order.

Graeme was excellent and knowledgeable regarding exactly what we were looking for. Graeme also was kind in offering us cups of tea.

We explained what we have, what we wanted and were shown the various options and picked a mattress very quickly. The 40 day satisfaction was explained and the sales assistant even kept our son entertained whilst we tried out mattresses.

From the moment we walked into the store there was someone there asking if we needed help in choosing a bed etc, but said if we needed any help just ask one of the staff
