We had a great time in the store, great range of products, plenty of time offered to look around and test the mattress and pillows, staff very friendly and helpful. Great service overall.

Upon entering the store Peter asked what I was looking for and the assistant listened to me. He then invited me to to use the computerised bed selection tool. After looking at the results of the computerised bed tool he gave me a selection of mattresses to choose from along with their respective delivery lead times. Once I had made my selection he made the ordering process as easy as possible.

Products available suited my needs. Prices were satisfactory. Assistance offered from the shop assistant was highly satisfactory as she was friendly, quick to assess and understand our needs and offer suggestions accordingly.
