The member of staff who processed our order was exceptional

We were looking for a single guest bed and Peter helped us to find the right one and also recommended a better mattress. Peter was very helpful and didn't rush us into a sale and gave some good advice. Pleased with the delivery time too.

Assistant in store was very helpful and not pushy. Sowed us the products we were interested in and left us to make our own mind up on the exact product to suit our needs

Peter was very approachable and understanding of our needs without being too pushy which I really appreciated. He made the whole experience a lot easier for us.

The whole experience was excellent.. plenty of mattresses to try out..

We were greeted by a gentleman who was very knowledgeable. We used the machine to identify the best mattress for us and were then shown the mattresses available in store. We were offered a drink and pillows to try on the mattresses identified to suit our needs. The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable in our experience.

I went into the Chester store on the Saturday of black friday weekend. I was expecting to have to wait to be seen due to the day and Time I went in but I was seen to straight away which was very pleasant. They I went in to hopefully buy a mattress, they didn't have the one that I was looking for but quickly gave me lots of alternatives to try. I was very happy with the knowledge and service from the lady who served me. The whole transaction only took 10 minutes which was great for me as I went in with my 5 month old baby and 2 year old daughter. Just waiting on delivery now which will take a month but luckily I am in no rush.

We didn't feel like we were being pressurised into making a decision until we were ready. The store assistant, Graeme, took his time with us & let us choose in our own time.
