Graeme the store manager took us through the mattress sleep match machine and was very polite and helpful. He then thoroughly explained all the mattress types and spent time with us showing what would be best for our budget and comfort level.

Very happy mainly because of the time and care taken by the young lady that dealt with us. Her product knowledge was extremely good and enabled us to find the perfect bed for our son.
