The display of beds was excellent and the assistant was brilliant, no pressure to make a quick decision but allowed us all the time we needed and she was well informed and helpful, able to answer any questions we had and showed us all the choices of bed that met our criteria. We were really impressed and would not hesitate to return to the Chester store

We cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service we received from Emma, she was such a help to us and so knowledgeable of the the products. A very professional and friendly lady who put no pressure on us just gave us advice, she showed us your sleep match machine that assesses what our bodies required and showed us a variety of mattresses that would meet the criteria. Emma was so helpful and patient and carried two very heavy pillows around for us to try on each bed, they were so comfy we bought two and I have to say they are fabulous. Emma is a great asset to your company and we have already recommended Dreams to family and friends and we will definitely return when needing to replace our mattresses- 5 star service

You are not jumped upon as soon as you walk through the door, the advice about trying the different pillows with each mattress really does make the experience that much better you have as much time as you like to try things out and the assistant only comes to you when you as for help not like some other bed shop assistants that follow you around the whole shop.

I had an idea of what I wanted and the team allowed me to look around at my leisure constantly advising and recommending products that may be suitable for me without making me feel rushed. They were happy to answer all questions without being pushy & even entertained my children while I lay on every bed in store.

Graeme was exceptional with his knowledge and guided us through the whole process. Such a great asset to your company

We were shown a wide variety of mattresses after being assessed for our body mass and sleeping positions. Each mattress type was explained fully which made it very easy to choose the right one. Steph, the assistant who served us, was very friendly,helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Her manner and product knowledge were first rate. We couldn't find another mattress in any other retail outlet of the same comfort for a similar price.
