The personal service was excellent. I had pre-booked an appointment and was dealt with promptly and all my queries were dealt with expertly. All in all it was a lovely experience choosing my mattress and I have passed this on to my friends and family.

Jenna was exceptionally polite from the moment she asked us if we needed any help! Jenna’s customer service skills shinned through because instead of jumping straight in she asked me and my partner if first we had the time for her to help which is very refreshing to the usual jump on you once you step through the door!. She helped us on the amazing sleep match machine and showed us a great choice of mattresses within a very affordable price range. She left me and my partner alone to try out the mattresses and was very patient always recommending the best for my partner as he suffers with lower back problems!. Amazing customer experience from the rest of staff as Graham the store manager couldn’t of made us feel more comfortable with both him and Jenna offering us refreshments whilst we was shopping as well as allowing us to use a different range of pillows to try which helped with the positions we both sleep. While visiting the sealand road dreams store we were assisted by Peter, I explained to peter I have medical problems with my spine and also muscles so sleeping is a problem, I wanted to purchase a new mattress but didn't really want to spend a fortune as I have only bought a dormeo mattress 12.ths ago and a new bed, peter was very understanding and helpful he listened and was extremely understanding, I was that impressed I left the store with not only a new mattress but also 2 tempur pillows, and intend to return to purchase a new bed for my son within a few months , fantastic experience within the store and was also offered tea or coffee, couldn't praise them enough, dreams 👍👍

Your staff were very knowledgable and clear on why a product versus another similar product was more suitable for me. Really valuable. Easy to make a decision. The products are great value and Dreams is an easy store to shop in. Perfect!

Assistance was readily available. Peter was knowledgeable and able to select a range of mattresses to suit my requirements. Only slight problem; no lift or escalator available in store.

Got assistance immediately, when we needed it. Was shown to the mattresses that suited our needs and encouraged to test them. Was left to make a decision without assistant hassling us, but knew they were nearby to assist. Upon deciding, the process of ordering was explained and easy to do. Very happy overall.

Jenna greeted us in store with a warm welcoming greeting. She really took the time to listen to our needs and understand our sleeping likes and dislikes. With her guidance and knowledge we were able to leave the shop satisfied that we had made the right decision about our new mattress and made what could have been a very lengthy and stressful experience very smooth sailing.
