Dreams - Chester

Steph (the salesperson in the Chester Greyhound retail park store) was excellent. A really relaxed and friendly welcome. It was late on a Monday evening and she was patient waiting for my husband to arrive and showed us the smart beds for mattress selection. I went into the store with a vague idea of needing a new mattress and bed and left with a new really comfortable mattress and new bedframe. Steph was great at showing us the selection of mattresses, gave us pillows based on our usual sleep position and giving us plenty of time to try the options. She also explained the type of mattress we preferred and the benefits. She was really friendly and helpful and would 100% recommend friends and family to chat to Steph when looking for a new bed.

We visited the store a couple of times before placing an order. On both occasions Emma looked after us, and never rushed us. She answered all our questions, and offered her advice when we were struggling to make a decision. She was friendly, knowledgable, and patient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to any of my friends, and I will definitely be back when we need to purchase our next bed.
