Graeme was very attentive, friendly and experienced but not pushy. He suggested using the sleep magic machine and helped me to decide on the firmness of the mattress. Steph was helpful in explaining the mattress protector options and also sorting out the guarantee and completing the order efficiently.

Steph at the Chester store was amazing. She was so friendly, not at all pushy and showed us a variety of options to help us choose our frame. Her knowledge of the additional products we purchased (pillows) was great. Steph offered us all drinks and organised a bed for our 2 young children to sit on and popped a toy story dvd on for them, such fabulous service to keep them entertained whilst we sorted our order. Unfortunately when we got home the bed we had ordered would not fit, all it took to amend was a quick phonecall.

Very highly satisfied. We were shown numerous types of matresses and base units, and at no time was our salesman anything but professional in his dealings with us. Thank you.
