We purchased a single bed in 2017 and we are very satisfied with it, We would like thank Stephanie for all her help in choosing another bed .

We had never been into a dreams store before, but being dissatisfied with a previous purchase of a bed and mattress we decided to try in dreams. We were welcomed into the store, and asked what we were looking for, then directed to the bed analysis machine. We were offered hot drinks whilst the machine took our information. When the machine had done its job we were shown the results and shown each mattress on the list. We told Peter that we were looking for something on the former side due to us both having back problems and he directed us to one more suitable that was still on our recommendations. We then decided to look at a new bed frame and he gave us lots is time and space to try some bed frames out. When ordering he told us our options for payment and delivery. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend

Emma who looked after us on the day was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and is a credit to the company. With it being late on a Sunday we didn’t feel rushed into making a decision quickly and we felt looked after from the minute we walked through the doors. The store was clean.

When entering into the store was met by staff who was friendly and assisted in directing to the dream machine before helping to show and explain the recommended beds. Also recommended best deals available for what I wanted.

the team member showed us around, explained the products, got us to do the mattress testing and recommended appropriate products, which we liked.

Graeme was extremely attentive asked lots of questions about our needs and escorted us directly to a number of beds which met our requirements
