Me and my partner are both highly satisfied with our experience purchasing from dreams firstly from the moment we stepped through the door we was greeted by a man called Peter who was friendly and polite and got us on the right track to ordering what we wanted straight away, firstly asking what we was after which was a divine ottoman bed frame and head board and a mattress that suited me and my partner. We was then shown bed frames that suited us and quickly found one we both agreed on with the help of Peter. We then tried the sleep well machine to help decide what mattress was best for both of us after three short minutes we had found that a slightly firm mattress was best. After being offered a drink while we shopped we then continued are viewing of the mattresses that matched our criteria trying all in store and finally agreeing on one we then sat down to pay where we was then offered the options of pillows and insurance which we also purchased. Over all we couldn’t be happier we purchased with dreams and look forward to many nights of comfortable sleep.
